We produce only the highest quality bowstrings in the industry and we stand behind our workmanship and high quality materials. Our return Policy is as follows:
1: We are a custom build shop.
2: We build you a string and or set with the materials you choose, the colors to build it and to the bow make and model and lengths you provide.
3:We are not walmart to where if you had us build it you cannot just return it. What we can do is if you choose to return your string to us we can try to sell it for you and if and when it would sell then you would get a refund. In cases such at this we advise customers that since we do not sell on ebay that they advertise and sell it on ebay and archery forums ane they have had great success selling their string they could not use.
4: There are no returns on bowstrings where the customer made a measurement error or provided the wrong measurements or gave us the wrong name of the bow. We do not accept returns due to faulty installations of strings and string accessories. And we do not accept returns of Dry Fired Bows/strings..
If there was a issue where we built the string short or long or with the wrong color its handled under our warranty right away.
All orders received are processed within one business day and are generally filled within 5-7 business days. But during the few months before and during hunting season we could be out up to 30 days before your order is complete. Our goal is to keep you in the field hunting or target shooting and not sitting out on the sidelines waiting for your new bowstring.
